1. When the article is written the author submits it to the Doctor or candidate of sciences in corresponding specialty for a review, which is certified in Personnel Department and is send to the Editorial Board along with the article.
2. In Editorial Board the article goes through technical examination, which shows the presence of: author’s (s) name (s), title of the article in capital letters, annotation (4-6 lines, no more 300 signs), key words in English; specialty code, author’s (s) name (s), author’s position and title, place of working, contact information (e-mail, telephone number), title of the article in capital letters, annotation (4-6 lines, no more 300 signs), key words, article in Russian; bibliography in Russian and English in order of citation.
3. If the article doesn’t go through the technical examination, it is returned to the author for further modification. Modified article is sent to the Editorial Board marked “modified”. For example: “Sidorov. Tyumen. Modified”.
4. If the article goes through the technical examination, it is sent to the profile specialist for scientific examination.
